How long does custom jewellery take?
The timeline depends on the design, stone availability and production work. We confirm the expected timing in your quotation. Tell us about a proposal or gifting date at the first conversation.
What should I bring to a consultation?
Bring your ideas or references, preferred budget, timing and any stone or design preferences. If you have an existing stone or piece, mention it so we can discuss whether it is suitable for your commission.
Do I approve the design before production?
Yes. The agreed design and written quotation come before production. Ask about any proposed change before giving approval, including its effect on cost and timing.
