The useful starting point

You do not need a finished design. Bring a sketch, reference photo or a description, together with your preferred budget and occasion. We discuss the stone, metal, setting and proportions, then agree the design and written quotation before local production.

Bring what you already know

A favourite shape, colour, existing piece or photo can explain the direction you like. Tell us who will wear it, how often, and any known ring size. Inspiration helps the discussion; the final design is developed around your brief and practical requirements.

Discuss the choices together

We work through diamond or gemstone selection, metal, setting, proportions and the complete-piece budget. If you want to use an existing stone, send its details first so we can discuss suitability and any assessment needed.

Agree the work before production

Confirm the design approval format, stone and report details, metal, setting, ring size, total, payment and change terms, expected timing and after-sales support in writing. The design and quotation come before production.

Tell us your date early

If you have a proposal, anniversary or gifting date, mention it in the first enquiry. Timing depends on the design, stone availability and production work; we confirm a schedule for the individual commission. Visit The Arcade by arrangement to discuss your ideas.
